モーニングセミナー
毎月行われている倫理法人会モーニングセミナーへ11/21（金）講師として参加させていただきました。ジットグループからは20名の社員が参加し、私の話を聞いてもらいました。ありがとうございます。この日は、九州の取引業者様もわざわざ一緒に参加していただきました。ありがとうございます。今回は、私がジット㈱と、㈱ジットセレモニーを設立するまでの経緯をお話させていただきました。限られた時間の中で、私の思いを全てお話しすることはできなかったのですが、今の自分があるのは、今まで出会った全ての皆さんのお陰であり、その方たち全員に感謝している、ということをお話しました。
人生とは、夢があるからあるものです。“絶対にこうしたい”とか、“何がなんでもこうなりたい”という強い思いが夢になり、人生を創っていくのです。夢があれば、壁は乗り越えられます。諦めずに、頑張ろうと思えます。私には辛い過去があり、憎しみや恨みという気持ちもありました。その思いが糧となり、今の私がいます。人と人との関わり。まだ若かった時に縦の世界と横の世界を教えてくれた先輩、朝の時間・掃除の大切さを教えてくれた上司の存在。今では、本当に感謝しています。
『思い』は計画し、段取りがなければ成し遂げることはできません。私の『夢』を叶えるためには、信用と、お金と、人が必要でした。そのために誰よりも熱く、誰よりも強く夢を思い描き、今日に至っています。
人は、いつまで生きられるかは誰にもわかりません。だからこそ、今を、一分一秒を大切に生きています。セレモニー業者への不信感から、自ら設立することを決意し、価格の透明化、誰でも利用できる設備、そして最期のお手伝いを心からさせていただくことが私のセレモニーへの思いです。
今、こうして家族、社員が私と一緒に頑張ってくれることと、今まで私に関わってくれた人たちに、心から感謝しています。私はこれからも全力で前向きに生きていきます。
Morning Seminar
This past Friday (November 21st), I was priviledged to once again speak at the Corporate Ethics Committee’s monthly morning seminar. To the twenty members from the JIT corporation who attended and listened to my speech: thank you. I would also like to thank two of JIT’s trade partners from Kyushu who were also in attendence.
This month my talk was on how JIT Ink Co. and JIT Ceremony were established. In such a limited amount of time I was unable to convey all of my thoughts. However, I was able to talk about how the person I am today is a direct result of every single person I have met in my life and my gratitude toward all of those people.
Life is the result of dreams. For instance, when strong feelings such as “I definitely want to do this” or “No matter what the cost, I want to be this” become dreams, life is created. If you have a dream, obstacles can be overcome. You can persevere without giving up.
I have a painful past, filled with hatred and resentment. Those feelings became food and I am as I currently am, connecting with people: the senpai who, when I was young, taught me about the worlds of vertical and horizontal relationships and the supervisors who taught me the importance of the morning and cleaning. I am now so very grateful to these people.
If there is no schedule or plan, “thoughts” cannot be accomplished. In order for my dream to be realized, confidence, money, and people were necessary. To this end, I, more than anyone else, passionately and fiercely dreamed. Because of this, I now have the confidence, money, and people necessary to achieve my dream.
There is not a person alive who knows how long he will live. For this reason, I live valuing every second of every minute. It was my distrust of ceremony merchants that led to my decision to personally establish JIT Ceremony, a company whose prices are clearly explained, whose facilities are available to anyone, and which wholeheartedly serves others at the time of death.
Finally, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart to the family and coworkers who have worked hard with me. I will continue to live in a positive way.
